Processing orders
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 days (Monday–Saturday) of your order being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Domestic UK shipping
Free shipping over £35. All UK orders are sent fully tracked.
International
Free international shipping over £90.
We're delighted to offer worldwide shipping on our tabi socks, with every order sent fully tracked.
The countries we ship to are shown at checkout — if you can complete checkout with your delivery address, we can ship to you. If your address isn't accepted, we're not currently able to deliver there. We're a growing brand adding new destinations over time, so do check back.
Your shipping options, courier, and cost are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order, and shipping is free on international orders over £90.
All orders are sent with a fully tracked service, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Import duties, taxes & customs
Your order is shipped from the United Kingdom.
We've made international ordering simple: for every destination outside the UK, all import taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and included in the price you pay.
Your order is sent on a duties-paid basis (DDP), so the total you see at checkout is the final price — there are no additional customs charges, import VAT, or duties to pay when your parcel arrives.
We are legally required to declare the full and accurate value and contents of every parcel on its customs label. We cannot mark orders as a "gift" or declare a lower value.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us undelivered, we'll refund the cost of the goods (minus original shipping and any return charges incurred) once it's safely back with us. If you place an order to a destination we're unable to fulfil, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
