Our Story

I started Tabi Co. simply because I truly believe in Tabi and the benefits it brings. There's so much extra freedom for your feet once you make changes to the types of socks you wear, and now I can't go back to the conventional sock which simply make my feel more restricted.

My mission is to make Tabi more accessible and genuinely appreciated from a a cultural and health point of view. I wanted to be able to offer a wide range of both classic and interesting styles of tabi socks.

Options for tabi socks felt scattered and limited and much harder than your conventional sock. Sometimes tabi socks were made of too much polyester, or the sizing was awkward.

Often, the Tabi socks I wanted that came from Japan were not available for purchase from the UK or the shipping was too expensive for just a few pairs.

So I created the kind of shop I'd been searching for and hopefully, you'll appreciate it as much as I do.
