Processing orders
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days Monday-Saturday, of your order being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail with tracking service 24 or 48.
International
We're delighted to offer worldwide shipping on our tabi socks. Every international order is sent fully tracked. Please read the information below before placing an order, as it explains delivery times, costs, and the import charges that may apply in your country.
We currently ship to:
Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, UAE, United States
Some territories that may appear to be part of the EU or a country we serve are outside our shipping network, due to customs, tax, or carrier limitations.
We are unable to ship to the following places listed: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, all overseas territories of France (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, French Guiana, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, and others), the Azores and Madeira may incur longer transit times — please contact us before ordering, the Åland Islands, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Remote Islands within Greece and Italy may not be serviceable or may require an additional charge — please contact us before ordering if you live on a smaller island.
If your country isn't listed at checkout, we're not currently able to ship there. We're a growing brand and adding new destinations over time, so do check back.
All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked. This service includes:
- End-to-end tracking with online confirmation of delivery
- A tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
The following are Royal Mail's aimed delivery times once your order has been dispatched. They are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include any time a parcel spends in customs.
- Europe (EU) | 3–5 working days
- United States & Canada | 6–7 working days
- Australia & New Zealand | 6–7 working days
- Everywhere else | 6-10 working days
Import duties, taxes & customs
Your order is shipped from the United Kingdom.
Depending on your destination country, your parcel may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or a carrier handling fee when it arrives.
These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority and postal service — they are not included in the item price or the shipping cost you pay at checkout, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union: Your parcel may be held by your local postal service until import VAT (and a small handling fee) is paid. The amount depends on your country's VAT rate and the value of your order. You will be contacted by your local carrier with instructions on how to pay.
United States: Parcels to the US are sent on a duties-paid basis through Royal Mail, so in most cases you will not be asked to pay additional charges on delivery.
Everywhere else: Your parcel may be subject to local sales tax/GST and a handling fee on arrival, payable before delivery.
We are unable to predict or calculate these charges in advance, as they vary by country and are outside our control. If you're unsure, we recommend checking your country's import thresholds and rates with your local customs authority before ordering.
We are legally required to declare the full and accurate value and contents of every parcel on its customs label. We cannot mark orders as "gift" or declare a lower value — please don't ask us to, as this constitutes customs fraud.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us because import charges were not paid, we will refund the cost of the goods (minus original shipping and any return charges incurred) once the parcel is safely back with us.
If you place an order to a destination we cannot fulfil, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
